Terms & Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all coaching and support services provided by Carolina Orozco Coaching. Thus, each order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs and prevails over any other customer document. Any general or specific condition opposed by the client cannot unless formally accepted in writing by Carolina Orozco Coaching, prevail over these T&Cs.
Prices
The price of the service is in accordance with the price list in effect at the time the order is placed. It includes the costs of coaching and the preparation of the sessions. All prices are indicated excluding taxes, Carolina Orozco Coaching not being subject to VAT according to article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
Cancellation
If a coachee does not show up or if he does not notify him of his absence at least 24 hours in advance, the client will be billed as if he had attended a coaching or a hypnagogic lamp session. In the event of cancellation of a session by Carolina Orozco, for any reason, she ensures that the client is notified as soon as possible and the session is postponed as soon as possible.
Payment
The payment of the sessions is to be made in full before each session begins either by bank transfer or cash. The procedure can be arranged by email before the session.
Confidentiality
The parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the information and documents exchanged during any conducted session, regardless of its nature (economic, commercial, technical, educational material, etc.).
The client authorizes Carolina Orozco to put his first name and testimony on his website www.carolinaorozcor.com as well as his social networks. If the client does not wish to see his name and testimonial appear, he must notify Carolina Orozco in writing during the session.
Carolina Orozco is not responsible for any result expected by the client. None of the sessions provided by Carolina Orozco should be taken as a replacement for any type of therapy or alternative medicine.
