Hi! I'm Carolina, I'm a certified master coach, PNL, lamp hypnagogic and meditation practitioner. I'm passionate about helping people rediscover who they are and reconnect with themselves. I do this by combining coaching methods with tools such as hypnagogic light and meditation practices, to help my clients achieve a deeper state of consciousness, which allows them to unlock their full potential

L'expérience de la lampe m'a fait beaucoup de bien.
